Job Description

As a Customer Service Engineer, Associate at Siemens, you will be a customer-facing professional who will ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. The successful candidate will possess a combination of technical skills, customer service experience and communication abilities. A Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field, or equivalent experience, is required for this position. A passion for customer service and an understanding of customer service principles is essential. You should be able to think critically and troubleshoot problems in order to provide an effective resolution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis.
