We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Controlling Head, MI Finance PLM. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial performance and controlling activities for our Manufacturing Intelligence (MI) business unit within our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) division.   1. Develop strategic financial plans and budgets for the Manufacturing Intelligence (MI) business unit within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) division.
  2. Oversee financial performance and ensure the achievement of financial targets for the MI business unit.
  3. Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for cost-saving initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and control project costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  5. Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment of financial strategies with business objectives.
  7. Develop and implement financial controls and processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
  9. Work closely with the MI business unit leadership to provide financial insights and support for decision making.
  10. Proactively identify risks and opportunities, and develop action plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  11. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the finance team.
  12. Represent the MI business unit in financial reviews and meetings with senior management.
  13. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and forecasting for the MI business unit.
  14. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors and financial institutions.
  15. Stay updated on regulations and compliance requirements related to financial management, and ensure adherence to these regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Finance, Controlling, Or Business Leadership Roles.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Financial Planning, Budgeting, And Forecasting Processes.

  • Experience In Leading And Managing Teams, Preferably In A Global, Multi-Cultural Environment.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Financial Data To Support Decision-Making.
