- Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals and drive customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
- Train and coach team members on product knowledge, customer service skills, and company policies and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Consumer-Facing Sales Or Marketing Roles.
Proven Experience In Managing And Leading A Team.
