  1. Oversees the management and operations of commercial properties owned by Siemens.
  2. Develops and implements strategic plans for property maintenance, leasing, and tenant satisfaction.
  3. Monitors and manages the financial performance of properties, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
  4. Collaborates with leasing teams to attract and retain high-quality tenants.
  5. Conducts regular property inspections and ensures all maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely manner.
  6. Negotiates contracts and manages relationships with vendors and service providers.
  7. Maintains accurate and up-to-date property records and documentation.
  8. Ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to commercial property management.
  9. Communicates effectively with tenants, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Keeps abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve property management processes.
  11. Provides leadership and guidance to property management team members.
  12. Collaborates with other departments within Siemens to achieve company goals and objectives.
  13. Represents Siemens in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  14. Continuously evaluates and implements new strategies and technologies to improve property management efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Conducts regular market analysis to ensure competitive pricing and maximize property value.
  16. Maintains a high level of customer service and tenant satisfaction.
  17. Ensures a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for tenants and visitors.
  18. Participates in the development and execution of long-term property plans and goals.
  19. Provides regular reports and updates on property performance to upper management.
  20. Complies with company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Real Estate, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Property Management

  • Knowledge Of Local And State Laws And Regulations Related To Commercial Properties

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Management And Budgeting For Commercial Properties

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills To Manage Relationships With Tenants, Vendors, And Stakeholders.
