  1. Manage all aspects of claim and contract management for the organization.
  2. Ensure that all claims and contracts are aligned with our business objectives and meet regulatory requirements.
  3. Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  5. Monitor contract performance and proactively identify any potential risks or issues.
  6. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with all legal and financial requirements.
  7. Conduct regular audits to ensure contract accuracy and completeness.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and changes in regulations related to claims and contracts.
  9. Serve as a point of contact for all claims and contract-related inquiries.
  10. Train and mentor team members on contract management processes and procedures.
  11. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the claims and contract management process.
  12. Prepare and present reports on contract performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any disputes or issues related to claims and contracts.
  14. Ensure timely and accurate submission of claims and invoices.
  15. Communicate and negotiate with external parties, such as government agencies and regulatory bodies, on behalf of the organization.
  16. Participate in contract negotiations and provide input on terms and conditions.
  17. Maintain accurate and organized records of all claims and contracts.
  18. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  19. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  20. Represent the organization in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Contract Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Contract Management, Preferably In A Multinational Company.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Contract Law And Experience Negotiating And Drafting Contracts.

  • Experience In Claims Management And Dispute Resolution, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Resolving Complex Contract Disputes.
