- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the market for core lab products and services in the healthcare industry.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and laboratories, to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to create effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate sales performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Represent Siemens and the Core Lab Solutions division at industry events and conferences to promote products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in healthcare technology and industry regulations to effectively communicate benefits and advantages of our products and services.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities, progress, and challenges.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth.
3-5 Years Of Experience In A Sales Or Business Development Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Medical Diagnostics Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Key Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Laboratory And Diagnostic Equipment, As Well As Industry Trends And Regulations.
