  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of all building automation systems within Siemens, ensuring their optimal functionality and efficiency.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance and reliability of building automation systems.
  3. Manage a team of technicians and engineers, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure successful project execution.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues and ensure timely completion of projects.
  5. Maintain and update technical documentation, including system configurations, maintenance schedules, and service records.
