- Develop and manage bid proposals for the mobility customer service division, ensuring they are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Conduct thorough research and gather all necessary information to create comprehensive bids that meet the needs of potential customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure alignment on bid strategies and messaging.
- Coordinate with sales and account management teams to understand customer requirements and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor and track bid progress and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Review and evaluate bid submissions to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Conduct post-bid analysis to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for future bids.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to inform bid strategies and approaches.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer focus in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards, throughout the bidding process.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Bid Management Or Customer Service In The Mobility Industry.
Strong Understanding Of The Bidding Process And Experience Working With Complex Bids And Proposals.
Familiarity With Siemens' Products And Services In The Mobility Sector.
