Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Social Counseling Or Employee Assistance Programs.

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Such As Those Related To Workplace Safety And Health, Social Security, And Disability.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Empathize And Build Rapport With Employees.
