Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Social Counseling Or Employee Assistance Programs.
Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Such As Those Related To Workplace Safety And Health, Social Security, And Disability.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Empathize And Build Rapport With Employees.
Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Cases And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
