Tool Engineering Intern

the Tool Engineering Intern will assist with designing, developing, and implementing new or improved tools, fixtures and gages, as well as assisting in documentation of assembly and component drawings of existing designs. Learns how to design and document tools, fixtures and dies with the assistance of more senior engineers, including participation in creation of schedules, design reviews and implementation. Learns to work across multiple levels in a team environment as well as one-on-one. Works on multiple projects and stays within required schedules. Assists with documentation of equipment and process modifications to improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques and production yields for existing products.
