Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Conducting User Research And Usability Testing In A Fast-Paced, Consumer-Facing Environment.
Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Methodologies, Including User Interviews, Surveys, And Heuristic Evaluations.
Experience With Data Analysis And Visualization Tools, Such As Google Analytics, Tableau, Or Qualtrics.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present Research Findings To Cross-Functional Teams And Influence Product Decisions.
