We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training and Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Training and Development Manager at Shopee, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees. We are looking for a driven individual who is passionate about talent development and has a strong track record of driving impactful training initiatives. If you have a keen eye for identifying learning needs and possess excellent communication and leadership skills, we would love to have you on board!

  1. Design and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees.
  2. Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify learning gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
  3. Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with business objectives and employee development plans.
  4. Develop and maintain training materials, resources, and curriculum to support training initiatives.
  5. Utilize a variety of training methods, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training, to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
  7. Manage and oversee the training budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development to bring innovative ideas to the company.
  9. Provide coaching and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure high-quality delivery of training programs.
  10. Collaborate with HR to develop career development plans and succession planning strategies for employees.
  11. Communicate and promote training opportunities to employees and encourage participation.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.
  13. Act as a liaison between employees and management to address any performance or skill gaps.
  14. Develop and maintain training metrics and reports to track training effectiveness and employee progress.
  15. Foster a positive learning culture and promote a growth mindset within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Training And Development, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In The E-Commerce Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Develop Employees At All Levels.

  • Proven Experience In Creating And Implementing Training Programs That Align With Business Objectives And Drive Employee Performance And Growth.
