  1. Develop and implement corporate social responsibility initiatives and programs that align with the company's values and objectives.
  2. Research and identify potential community partners and organizations to collaborate with on CSR projects.
  3. Coordinate and manage various CSR activities, including volunteer events, donation drives, and fundraising efforts.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CSR initiatives into company events, products, and services.
  5. Monitor and track the impact of CSR initiatives and provide regular reports to management.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CSR to continuously improve and enhance the company's CSR efforts.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and community leaders to support and promote CSR initiatives.
  8. Manage budgets and resources for CSR programs and ensure that they are executed effectively and efficiently.
  9. Communicate and promote CSR initiatives internally and externally to raise awareness and engagement.
  10. Act as a liaison between the company and the community, building and maintaining a positive reputation for the company's CSR efforts.

  • Strong Understanding Of Corporate Social Responsibility Principles And Practices: The Csr Coordinator At Shopee Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Csr Concepts, Including Sustainability, Ethical Business Practices, And Community Engagement. This Knowledge Will Help Them Develop And Implement Effective Csr Strategies For The Company.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Csr Coordinator, Effective Communication Is Crucial.
