Store Floorcovering Associate

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Store Floorcovering Associate to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. This position requires an individual with the ability to perform a variety of tasks in our store, from helping customers with floorcovering selection to providing basic installation services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have the necessary skills and experience to help our customers select the perfect floorcovering for their needs. The successful candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of retail sales experience or floorcovering installation experience. He or she should also possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
