Job Description

Are you a customer service superstar? Sherwin-Williams is looking for an outstanding Customer Service Specialist to join our team. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should be able to provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. You should also be able to recognize customer needs and take appropriate action.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, excellent computer and phone skills, and a professional and approachable demeanor. The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is also essential. Above all, the Customer Service Specialist should be passionate about helping customers and must demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction.
