Welcome to the Sherwin-Williams team! We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations and customer service at our store. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, while also having a passion for customer service. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for assisting in the overall operations of the store, including managing and motivating the store team, developing strong customer relationships, and helping to build the store's sales and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of retail management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or home improvement setting is preferred. We are excited to welcome an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to our team.
