  1. Develop and drive the overall UX strategy for the company, working closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure a user-centric approach to product development.
  2. Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  3. Set clear goals and objectives for the engineering team, and monitor progress towards achieving them, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, user-friendly products.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in UX design and engineering, and incorporate them into the company's strategy and processes.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user feedback and data, and use insights to drive improvements and optimize the user experience.
  6. Work closely with the product team to understand business goals and translate them into technical requirements, while also considering the impact on the overall user experience.
  7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to align on objectives, communicate progress, and seek support when needed.
  8. Monitor industry and competitor trends, and use insights to inform decision-making and shape the company's UX vision.
  9. Advocate for a user-centric mindset and promote a culture of empathy and understanding within the engineering team and across the company.
  10. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and best practices for UX design and engineering, and proactively identify and address any potential issues or risks.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In User Experience (Ux) Design And Development, With A Minimum Of 10 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Strong Technical Background And Understanding Of Software Engineering Principles, With A Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Large Teams, With Experience In Strategic Planning, Resource Allocation, And Project Management.

  • Deep Understanding Of The Latest Design Trends And Technologies, And A Passion For Continuously Improving The User Experience.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Product Management, Marketing, And Other Teams To Deliver Innovative And User-Friendly Products.
