- Conduct user research activities, such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, and focus groups, to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Analyze and synthesize research findings to identify patterns and insights that can inform product design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and engineers, to translate research findings into actionable recommendations.
- Help develop and maintain research plans, protocols, and other materials for user research projects.
- Assist in the recruitment and scheduling of participants for research studies.
- Participate in team discussions and brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for improving user experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user research to continuously improve research methods and processes.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of research presentations and reports to stakeholders.
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the UX Research team.
