  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  9. Participate in meetings and discussions with cross-functional teams to gather information and understand product updates.
  10. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to understand product features and functionalities.
  11. Test and review product features to gain a thorough understanding and effectively communicate them in documentation.
  12. Continuously improve and update existing documentation based on feedback and product changes.
