
Technical Support Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our ServiceNow team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, customer service and problem-solving, and a drive to learn and develop their skills. We are seeking a self-motivated, organized and reliable individual who will provide excellent technical support to our customers.The successful candidate should have a minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service role with a technical background, and a good understanding of software and hardware systems. You should also possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a customer-focused approach. A background in IT services and/or software development will be beneficial. Moreover, you should be able to work independently and be comfortable with troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues.
