Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and exceptional Technical Product Manager - Customer Experience to help shape the future of ServiceNow. You will be responsible for leading efforts to define, develop, and launch world-class customer experiences.The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully driving customer experience initiatives and have a deep understanding of product management and customer experience best practices. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead efforts to define, develop, and launch world-class customer experiences.
  2. Monitor progress of customer experience initiatives and ensure successful completion.
  3. Develop product strategies to optimize customer experience.
  4. Identify and address customer needs and feedback.
  5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launch.
  6. Design customer journey maps to determine areas of improvement.
  7. Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
  8. Develop and implement customer experience best practices.
  9. Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  10. Manage customer relationships and resolve customer issues.
