
Technical Product Manager – Contract Lifecycle Management
ServiceNow is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Technical Product Manager – Contract Lifecycle Management to join our team and help us continue to deliver innovative solutions to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in engineering, a minimum of 3 years of experience in a product management role, and a strong understanding of the contract lifecycle. You must also be able to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Develop product strategy and roadmap for Contract Lifecycle Management
- Define, document and communicate product requirements to internal stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze customer adoption and usage of the product
- Oversee development efforts, ensuring that the product meets customer needs
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
- Research industry trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning and pricing
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and partners, addressing technical questions and issues
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights on how to improve the product
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for product management
