  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for ServiceNow's global real estate portfolio.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, market conditions, and potential risks in the real estate industry.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and align real estate strategies with overall company goals.
  4. Manage and optimize the use of space within ServiceNow's buildings and properties.
  5. Plan and oversee real estate projects, including lease negotiations, site selection, and construction.
  6. Monitor and track real estate market trends to identify new opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  7. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on real estate and workplace services.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including landlords, brokers, and vendors.
  9. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation in workplace services.
  10. Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to develop and manage budgets for real estate projects.
  11. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  12. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on real estate initiatives and solicit feedback.
  13. Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in real estate and strategic planning.
  14. Represent ServiceNow in industry events and conferences to stay updated on industry trends and network with other professionals.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Real Estate, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Strategic Planning And Project Management In The Real Estate Or Workplace Services Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Execute Strategic Plans And Initiatives.

  • Knowledge Of Commercial Real Estate Market Trends And Workplace Design Principles.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
