- Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research goals and objectives.
- Design and execute various research methods, such as surveys, interviews, and usability studies.
- Analyze and synthesize research findings to identify key insights and opportunities for product improvement.
- Utilize data and metrics to measure the success and impact of UX research.
- Work closely with designers and developers to translate research findings into actionable design recommendations.
- Advocate for user-centered design and research practices within the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research and technology workflows.
- Develop and maintain research plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Mentor and guide junior researchers in research methodologies and best practices.
- Continuously gather feedback and iterate on research processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with product managers to prioritize research initiatives and align with product roadmap.
- Act as a champion for the user, ensuring their needs and goals are represented in all aspects of product development.
- Contribute to the overall strategy and vision for UX research at ServiceNow.
Bachelor's Degree In Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Ux Research, Preferably In The Technology Industry
Proven Experience In Conducting User Research, Including Designing And Executing Usability Studies, Surveys, And Interviews
Strong Understanding Of Technology Workflows And How They Impact User Experience
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Product Managers, Designers, And Developers.
