  1. Develop and maintain user-friendly and visually appealing software interfaces for ServiceNow's clients.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and feedback to inform UI/UX design decisions.
  3. Utilize your strong background in UI/UX development to implement best practices and industry standards.
  4. Conduct regular user testing and research to continuously improve the user experience.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in UI/UX development to bring new ideas and innovations to the team.
  6. Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure a cohesive and seamless user experience.
  7. Troubleshoot and debug any UI/UX related issues and provide timely resolutions.
  8. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance and support in their professional growth.
  9. Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  10. Contribute to the overall success of the UI/UX team by actively participating in team meetings and sharing ideas for improvement.
  11. Adhere to coding standards and guidelines to ensure high-quality and maintainable code.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and improve the UI/UX development process.
  13. Keep up-to-date documentation of all UI/UX related tasks and projects.
  14. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment within the team and across departments.
  15. Represent ServiceNow as a subject matter expert in UI/UX development at conferences and other industry events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Developing Front-End Applications Using Javascript, Html, And Css.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Ui/Ux Design Principles And Experience With Prototyping Tools Such As Sketch Or Adobe Xd.

  • Experience With Modern Front-End Frameworks Such As React, Angular, Or Vue.

  • Strong Understanding Of Web Development Best Practices, Including Accessibility, Performance, And Cross-Browser Compatibility.
