  1. Develop and implement responsible and ethical AI practices within the organization.
  2. Lead and drive Responsible AI initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and legal.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to Responsible AI and ensure compliance within the company.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish a clear vision and roadmap for Responsible AI products.
  5. Conduct research and gather insights to identify key areas for improvement in existing AI products.
  6. Define product requirements and prioritize features based on impact and feasibility.
  7. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products.
  8. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve and iterate on products.
  9. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop messaging and positioning for Responsible AI products.
  10. Train and educate employees on responsible and ethical AI practices to promote a culture of responsible AI within the organization.
  11. Monitor and measure the success of Responsible AI products, making necessary adjustments and improvements as needed.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on Responsible AI, both internally and externally, representing the company at events and conferences.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and experts to further advance Responsible AI practices within the industry.
  14. Mentor and coach junior product managers and team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in Responsible AI practices and products.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Ai And Machine Learning: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding And Experience In The Field Of Artificial Intelligence (Ai) And Machine Learning (Ml). This Includes Hands-On Experience In Developing And Deploying Ai/Ml Models, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of Ai/Ml Algorithms And Techniques.

  • Product Management Experience: The Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry. This Includes Experience In Defining Product Strategy, Managing Product Roadmap, And Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver Successful Products.

  • Understanding Of Responsible Ai: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Principles Of Responsible Ai, Including Fairness, Transparency, And Accountability. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing Responsible Ai Practices In A Product Or Project.

  • Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Senior Product Manager, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Communicate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels. They Should Also Have Experience In Managing And Mentoring A Team Of Product Managers.

  • Technical Background: A Strong Technical Background, Including A Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field, Is Preferred For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Be Able To Work Closely With Engineering Teams To Drive Product Development.
