  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the Insurance East market, in line with the company's overall sales strategy and goals.
  2. Identify and target potential enterprise clients in the insurance industry, building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  3. Conduct thorough research on prospects and their businesses, understanding their needs and pain points to effectively position ServiceNow's solutions.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet client needs and align with the company's offerings.
  6. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring a mutually beneficial and profitable outcome for both parties.
  7. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, effectively managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition, providing regular insights and updates to the sales and leadership teams.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for ServiceNow, attending industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's solutions.
  10. Continuously strive for excellence in all sales efforts, continuously improving processes and techniques to achieve optimal results.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Enterprise Sales Within The Insurance Industry, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Quotas.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Insurance Market, Including Knowledge Of Industry Trends, Regulations, And Key Players.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With C-Level Executives And Key Decision Makers.

  • Proven Ability To Develop And Execute Strategic Sales Plans, Identify New Business Opportunities, And Drive Revenue Growth.

  • Experience Selling Complex Enterprise Solutions, Preferably In The Saas Or Cloud-Based Software Space, With A Deep Understanding Of The Sales Cycle And Ability To Navigate Multi-Stakeholder Environments.
