
Sr Enterprise Account Exec - Utilities

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Utilities industry and its specific needs and challenges.
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the Utilities industry, building a strong pipeline of leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the Utilities industry, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of ServiceNow's products and services to potential and existing clients.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a successful sales process and customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively showcase ServiceNow's value proposition and address client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring a win-win for both parties.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, progress, and challenges to sales leadership.
- Continuously identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts.
- Represent ServiceNow at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and support throughout the entire sales process.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
- Embody and promote ServiceNow's core values and culture.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Enterprise Sales, Preferably Within The Utilities Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Consistently Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Extensive Knowledge Of The Utilities Industry, Including Key Players, Market Trends, And Competitive Landscape.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Build And Maintain Relationships With C-Level Executives.
Experience In Solution Selling And The Ability To Articulate The Value Proposition Of Servicenow's Products And Services To Potential Clients.
