- Develop and implement a strategic vision for our AI Foundations and Responsible AI team, aligned with the company's overall goals and values.
- Lead and manage a team of product managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high-quality products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to identify and prioritize product features and enhancements.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to AI and responsible technology.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our AI products and their impact on users, society, and ethical principles.
- Ensure that all AI products and services are developed and implemented in an ethical and responsible manner, following industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure that our AI products and services comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and monitor metrics to measure the success and impact of our AI products and services, and make data-driven decisions to guide product strategy.
- Communicate product updates, roadmap, and progress to senior leadership, stakeholders, and other teams within the company.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in our AI products and processes, seeking opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity within the team and across the organization.
- Represent the company and our AI products in external events, conferences, and industry forums.
- Stay updated on advancements and developments in AI technology, and identify potential partnerships or acquisitions to enhance our product offerings.
- Mentor and guide junior product managers, helping them develop their skills and grow within the organization.
- Act as a thought leader in the field of responsible AI, promoting our company's values and advocating for ethical and responsible use of technology.
Extensive Experience In Product Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In Product Management, With At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In The Field. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Product Development Lifecycle, From Ideation To Launch.
Strong Background In Ai And Machine Learning: As This Role Focuses On Ai Foundations And Responsible Ai, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Ai And Machine Learning. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Ai Concepts, Algorithms, And Techniques, As Well As Experience In Implementing Ai Solutions In A Business Context.
Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams: The Senior Director In This Role Will Be Responsible For Leading Cross-Functional Teams, Including Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, And Designers. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Leading And Managing Such Teams To Deliver Successful Products.
Knowledge Of Responsible Ai Principles And Ethics: Given The Growing Importance Of Responsible Ai, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Principles And Ethics Surrounding Ai.
