Job Description

ServiceNow is seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as the Senior Director of Automotive Industry Go-To-Market (GTM). In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our automotive industry business through strategic planning, partnerships, and customer relationships. We are looking for a dynamic and visionary leader with a deep understanding of the automotive industry and a proven track record of driving business growth.   1. Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for ServiceNow's automotive industry business, in alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
  2. Build and maintain strong partnerships with key players in the automotive industry, including OEMs, suppliers, and dealerships.
  3. Foster and maintain relationships with current and potential customers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  4. Utilize market research and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the automotive sector.
  5. Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver on business goals and objectives.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of go-to-market plans, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  7. Develop and manage budgets and resource allocation for the automotive industry business.
  8. Analyze and report on key metrics to track the success and impact of the go-to-market strategy.
  9. Keep up-to-date on industry developments, regulations, and competitive landscape to inform business decisions.
  10. Represent ServiceNow and the automotive industry business at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements.

  • Extensive Experience In The Automotive Industry: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Automotive Industry, Including Its Key Players, Trends, And Challenges. This Experience Can Be Gained Through Working In Various Roles Within The Industry Or Through Consulting With Automotive Clients.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Servicenow Products And Solutions: As A Sr. Dir. Of Automotive Industry Gtm, The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Servicenow's Products And Solutions, Particularly Those That Cater To The Automotive Industry. This Includes Knowledge Of Servicenow's Itsm, Customer Service Management, And Field Service Management Solutions.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Successful Gtm Strategies: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Go-To-Market Strategies Within The Automotive Industry. This Includes Driving Revenue Growth, Expanding Market Share, And Establishing Strong Partnerships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Senior Director, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Ideas And Strategies To Both Internal Teams And External Stakeholders. They Should Also Have Experience Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Strategic Mindset And Business Acumen: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Strong Business Acumen.
