In this role, you will be responsible for managing the availability and reliability of ServiceNow’s data centers and related systems, while ensuring customer satisfaction and maximum uptime. Our ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented problem solver with strong technical skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.To be successful in this role, you should have an understanding of data center operations and technologies, including experience with server infrastructure, networking, and storage solutions. Additionally, you should be able to quickly and accurately analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and create solutions.
