  1. Develop and implement innovative and strategic solutions for clients using ServiceNow technology.
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and providing solutions that drive business outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.
  4. Lead and facilitate client workshops and presentations to showcase the value of ServiceNow solutions.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance and improve solutions offered to clients.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow technology, providing guidance and training to clients and internal teams.
  7. Drive business growth and success by identifying new opportunities for expansion and upselling to existing clients.
  8. Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  9. Contribute to the development and improvement of processes and methodologies within the Advisory Solutions team.
  10. Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies and proposals for new business opportunities.
  11. Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote ServiceNow's solutions and capabilities.
  13. Monitor and analyze project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  14. Continuously assess and improve processes and methodologies to ensure efficient and effective delivery of solutions.
  15. Meet or exceed performance targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Solution Consulting: A Sr Advisory Solution Consultant At Servicenow Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Solution Consulting, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Successful Projects To Clients. This Experience Should Span Across Multiple Industries And Functional Areas.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Servicenow Platform: The Ideal Candidate Should Have An In-Depth Understanding Of The Servicenow Platform, Including Its Various Modules, Capabilities, And Integrations. They Should Also Be Proficient In Configuring And Customizing The Platform To Meet Specific Client Needs.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Sr Advisory Solution Consultant Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Engage With Clients, Understand Their Requirements, And Present Solutions In A Clear And Concise Manner. They Should Also Be Able To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams Within Servicenow To Deliver A Seamless Experience For Clients.

  • Project Management Expertise: With Experience In Delivering Complex And Large-Scale Projects, A Sr Advisory Solution Consultant Should Possess Strong Project Management Skills. This Includes The Ability To Define Project Scope, Develop Project Plans, Manage Timelines And Budgets, And Mitigate Risks And Issues.

  • Business Acumen And Strategic Thinking: As A Senior-Level Role, A Sr Advisory Solution Consultant Should Have A Strong Business Acumen And Be Able To Think Strategically.
