Job Description

ServiceNow is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Solutions Architect to join our team as the Customer & Industry Workflow expert. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to design and implement solutions that optimize their business processes and workflows using our industry-leading platform. As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for understanding our clients' unique needs and translating them into innovative and effective solutions. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about technology and have a strong understanding of customer and industry workflows.   1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  2. Utilize in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform to design and implement solutions that align with clients' business processes and workflows.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support throughout the solution implementation process.
  4. Develop a deep understanding of clients' industry workflows and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and successful project delivery.
  6. Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  7. Continuously assess and improve solutions to meet clients' evolving needs and business objectives.
  8. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and contribute to the development of customer proposals.
  9. Stay updated on the latest developments and updates in the ServiceNow platform and effectively communicate these to clients.
  10. Act as a mentor and subject matter expert for junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  11. Ensure compliance with company standards and processes while delivering solutions to clients.
  12. Keep accurate records of project progress, client interactions, and solution details.
  13. Proactively identify potential risks and issues and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  14. Drive digital transformation for clients by promoting the adoption of new technologies and processes.
  15. Maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor for their ongoing business needs.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Servicenow Platform: A Solutions Architect For Customer & Industry Workflow At Servicenow Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Servicenow Platform, Including Its Various Modules And Functionalities. They Should Be Able To Design And Implement Solutions Using The Platform To Meet Customer's Specific Business Needs.

  • Experience In Workflow Management: A Strong Background In Workflow Management Is Essential For This Role As The Solutions Architect Will Be Responsible For Designing And Optimizing Workflows For Different Industries And Customers. They Should Have A Good Understanding Of Industry-Specific Processes And Best Practices.

  • Technical Expertise: A Solutions Architect Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Proficient In Programming Languages Like Javascript, Html, And Css. They Should Also Be Familiar With Web Services And Integration Techniques To Seamlessly Connect Servicenow With Other Systems.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Solutions Architect, Effective Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Crucial. They Will Need To Work Closely With Customers, Stakeholders, And Cross-Functional Teams To Understand Requirements, Gather Feedback, And Present Solutions.

  • Industry Knowledge And Experience: A Solutions Architect For Customer & Industry Workflow Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Industries They Will Be Working With.
