- Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' IT operations management processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and develop customized solutions using ServiceNow's ITSM platform.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on IT operations management, providing guidance and recommendations to clients.
- Facilitate successful implementations of ServiceNow's ITOM solutions for mid-market clients.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of ServiceNow's ITOM solutions.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in IT operations management to continuously improve and enhance ServiceNow's offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and support, to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Participate in the development and enhancement of ServiceNow's ITOM products and services.
- Travel to client sites as needed to provide on-site support and training.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members on ITOM best practices and ServiceNow's ITSM platform.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, solutions, and configurations.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues and roadblocks during implementations.
- Continuously strive to exceed client expectations and deliver exceptional service.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In It Operations Management, Specifically With Servicenow Itom Products.
Strong Understanding Of Mid-Market Business Processes And It Infrastructure.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Servicenow Itom Certification Is Preferred, But Not Required.
