  1. Develop and implement innovative solutions using ServiceNow platform to meet client's business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and design scalable and robust solutions.
  3. Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Conduct in-depth analysis of client systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  5. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
  6. Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to continuously enhance the ServiceNow platform and solutions.
  7. Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills.
  9. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and contribute to proposals and presentations.
  10. Ensure the smooth and successful delivery of projects, meeting client expectations and project deadlines.
  11. Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and methodologies to enhance the delivery of solutions.
  13. Maintain a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and stay up-to-date with updates and new features.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert and provide thought leadership within the organization and to clients.
  15. Continuously strive for customer satisfaction and work towards building long-term relationships with clients.
