Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Software QA Engineer- ITSM QE to join our ServiceNow team. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background with experience in quality engineering and software quality assurance. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the ServiceNow ITSM solutions we develop and deploy.You should have a deep understanding of quality engineering principles, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to effectively plan, organize, and execute quality assurance tests to deliver high-quality solutions.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and quality engineering• Extensive experience with manual and automated testing tools• Knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues• Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
