  3. Design and develop customized solutions to meet the specific needs of clients, utilizing ServiceNow's AI capabilities.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical guidance and support throughout the implementation process.
  5. Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and are functioning properly.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and developments in AI technology and incorporate them into client solutions.
  7. Train and mentor junior team members on AI technology and best practices for implementation.
  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and project management, to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  9. Participate in client meetings and presentations to demonstrate the value and capabilities of our AI solutions.
  10. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations to enhance the efficiency and functionality of our AI solutions.
  11. Adhere to project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of solutions.
  12. Maintain accurate documentation of all project details and updates for future reference.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
  14. Represent ServiceNow as a subject matter expert in AI technology, promoting our brand and services to potential clients.
  15. Foster a culture of innovation and continual learning within the team, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
