
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team at ServiceNow. In this role, you will be a key player in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to help our organization reach its strategic objectives.Our ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting, a track record of success in filling complex roles, and a strong ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. You will be an experienced leader who demonstrates an ability to think strategically, combined with a genuine passion for customer service.This Senior Talent Acquisition Partner role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in the software/IT industry. You will have a deep understanding of recruiting best practices, demonstrated success in building relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience. You should be a data-driven individual, comfortable working with metrics, and able to make decisions based on quantitative and qualitative information.This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-energy, fast-paced team in a critical role for the organization. Responsibilities:
- Identify top talent and build relationships with potential candidates.
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruiting strategies for complex roles.
- Maintain relationships with hiring managers and ensure they have a positive candidate experience.
- Utilize recruiting best practices and metrics to make informed decisions.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Monitor the effectiveness of recruiting activities and provide reports of progress and results.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices and current market conditions.
- Develop a deep understanding of ServiceNow’s culture and values.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure successful recruitment strategies.
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
