
Senior Support Account Manager
At ServiceNow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Support Account Manager to join our team and help us provide best-in-class customer service. In this key role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, developing long-term relationships, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and proactively identifying and resolving potential customer issues. You will be an integral part of ensuring our customers get the most out of our products and services.To be successful in this role, you should have an in-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 5 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
