- Develop and drive the user experience research strategy for ServiceNow products.
- Conduct user research studies to gather insights on user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and engineers, to ensure a user-centered approach to product development.
- Analyze research data and provide actionable recommendations to improve the user experience.
- Create and maintain research plans, protocols, and reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience research.
- Act as a strong advocate for the user, ensuring their needs and preferences are considered in all product decisions.
- Mentor and guide junior UX researchers in research methodologies and best practices.
- Work closely with the design team to incorporate research findings into the product design process.
- Communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the user experience research process.
- Collaborate with external research partners and vendors, as needed.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering exceptional user experiences that differentiate ServiceNow in the industry.
Extensive Experience In Conducting And Leading User Research Studies, Including User Interviews, Surveys, And Usability Testing.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Ux Design Principles And Methodologies.
Demonstrated Ability To Translate Research Findings Into Actionable Insights And Recommendations For Product Design.
Experience In Managing And Mentoring A Team Of Ux Researchers.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
