Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to join the ServiceNow team and help drive our technical projects forward. In this role, you will lead cross-functional efforts to ensure successful delivery of complex projects and initiatives with a focus on technical program management. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization. The Senior Staff Technical Program Manager should have proven experience managing a variety of projects and programs, and an understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field- 10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or related field- Excellent understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)- Demonstrated success managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders- Proven ability to lead a cross-functional team- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills- Ability to identify and manage risks and issues proactively- Superior organizational and problem-solving skills- Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions- Experience with ServiceNow is preferred

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of complex projects and initiatives.
  2. Effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
  3. Utilize excellent understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) to manage projects and programs.
  4. Proactively identify and manage risks and issues.
  5. Develop innovative solutions to project-related problems.
  6. Create and maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines.
  7. Monitor progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  8. Track and report on project status and progress.
  9. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
  10. Ensure adherence to project management best practices.
  11. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  12. Manage vendor relationships and ensure expectations are met.
  13. Leverage technical experience with ServiceNow to drive projects forward.
