1. Develop and implement operations architecture solutions that enhance the reliability, scalability, and performance of our products and services.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and support, to identify and address complex challenges.
3. Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
4. Continuously evaluate and improve our existing operations architecture, identifying areas for optimization and innovation.
5. Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal uptime and availability.
6. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in operations architecture, recommending and implementing new technologies and processes as needed.
7. Develop and maintain documentation, diagrams, and procedures for operations architecture systems and processes.
8. Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
9. Provide technical expertise and guidance to other teams within the organization, such as development and product management.
10. Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
11. Lead the planning and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
12. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in all operations architecture processes and systems.
13. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates, recommendations, and solutions as needed.
