  1. Develop an in-depth understanding of the US Intelligence Community's needs and challenges.
  2. Utilize your expertise in the intelligence landscape to provide strategic solutions to our customers.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for all intelligence community-related inquiries.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that meet the unique needs of our intelligence community customers.
  5. Conduct thorough research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices within the intelligence community.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow's products and services, specifically as they relate to the intelligence community.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the intelligence community.
  8. Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our solutions to potential customers.
  9. Provide thought leadership and guidance to the sales team in positioning our solutions for the intelligence community.
  10. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted messaging and campaigns for the intelligence community.
  11. Stay updated on the competitive landscape within the intelligence community and provide insights to the leadership team.
  12. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our solutions to the intelligence community.
  13. Participate in the development and execution of the intelligence community sales strategy.
  14. Act as a mentor to other team members and share your knowledge and expertise to help them grow.
  15. Continuously monitor and report on the progress and success of our solutions within the intelligence community.

  • Problem Solving And Critical Thinking Abilities: The Us Intelligence Community Faces Unique Challenges And Requires Innovative Solutions. A Senior Solution Consultant Should Have Strong Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Abilities To Identify And Address The Specific Needs Of This Sector. This Includes The Ability To Think Creatively And Adapt To Changing Requirements.
