  2. Design and implement customized solutions using ServiceNow technology to streamline employee workflows.
  3. Conduct thorough analyses of client processes to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for any issues that may arise.
  5. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address complex issues and find efficient solutions.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in employee workflows to continuously improve our solutions and offerings.
  7. Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing, to understand their business processes and convey technical information.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
  9. Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks or challenges that may arise during the implementation process.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their expertise in employee workflows and ServiceNow technology.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase our solutions and expertise in employee workflows.
  12. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and optimize our solutions to better meet the ever-changing needs of our clients.
  13. Take ownership of projects and ensure timely and successful delivery within budget and scope.
  14. Provide regular updates and reports to management on project progress, challenges, and successes.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for ServiceNow, promoting our solutions and services to potential clients and industry professionals.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Employee Workflows: This Includes Familiarity With Various Employee Workflows, Such As Onboarding, Offboarding, Performance Management, And Leave Management. A Senior Solution Consultant Should Have A Deep Understanding Of How These Processes Work And How They Can Be Optimized Using Servicenow.

  • Strong Technical Background: A Senior Solution Consultant Should Have A Strong Technical Background, Including Expertise In Servicenow's Platform And Its Various Modules. This Includes Knowledge Of Coding Languages, Such As Javascript, Html, And Css, As Well As Experience With Integration And Customization Of The Platform.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Senior Solution Consultant, You Will Be Working With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
