  1. Develop and implement solutions that enhance customer experiences and improve industry-specific workflows.
  2. Utilize in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform to design and customize solutions for clients.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and business requirements.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis of customer workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  5. Create and deliver presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions to potential clients.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow products and industry best practices.
  7. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants on the team.
  8. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and developments, and proactively incorporate them into solutions.
  9. Communicate effectively with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns or issues.
  10. Drive success and meet sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our solutions to clients.
  11. Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Maintain a customer-centric mindset and prioritize delivering solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  14. Contribute to the growth and development of the Customer & Industry Workflows division through actively seeking new business opportunities and networking.
  15. Uphold the company's values and represent ServiceNow with professionalism and integrity.

  • Strong Technical Skills: A Senior Solution Consultant Should Have A Strong Technical Background, With Expertise In Servicenow Platform And Its Various Modules. They Should Also Be Proficient In Creating Custom Workflows And Integrations To Meet Specific Customer Needs.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Senior Consultant, The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders. They Should Also Be Able To Deliver Effective Presentations And Demos To Showcase The Capabilities Of Servicenow.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Implementations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Customer And Industry Workflows Using Servicenow. They Should Be Able To Provide References And Case Studies To Showcase Their Expertise.
