  1. Develop and execute strategic product marketing plans for the Workplace & Legal Services portfolio to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends in the workplace and legal services industry.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
  4. Create compelling messaging and positioning for the Workplace & Legal Services portfolio that effectively communicates the value proposition to target audiences.
  5. Develop and deliver sales enablement materials, including presentations, product collateral, and training materials, to support the sales team.
  6. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate demand and increase awareness for Workplace & Legal Services solutions.
  7. Monitor and analyze market and competitive trends to identify opportunities and risks and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  8. Work closely with the product team to provide input and insights for product roadmap development and enhancements.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert for Workplace & Legal Services, providing insights and thought leadership on industry trends and best practices.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to gather feedback and insights to inform product and marketing strategies.
  11. Represent ServiceNow at industry events and conferences to promote and evangelize Workplace & Legal Services solutions.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
  13. Manage product marketing budgets and track and report on key performance indicators.
  14. Mentor and guide junior product marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  15. Continuously drive for results and strive for excellence in all marketing efforts to contribute to the overall success of ServiceNow.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Product Marketing, With A Focus On Workplace And Legal Services.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Technology And Software Industry, As Well As The Workplace And Legal Services Market.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Product Marketing Strategies And Campaigns.
