  1. Act as a subject matter expert in risk management and technology consulting for the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) division.
  2. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients on how to effectively identify and mitigate risks within their organization.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions using ServiceNow's IRM platform.
  4. Lead and oversee the implementation of IRM solutions, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
  5. Conduct thorough analysis of client's existing risk management processes and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in risk management and technology, and apply this knowledge to enhance ServiceNow's IRM offerings.
  7. Serve as a mentor and coach for junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  8. Effectively communicate with clients at all levels, from C-suite executives to front-line employees, to understand their requirements and provide clear and concise recommendations.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer success, to drive IRM business objectives.
  10. Represent ServiceNow as a thought leader in the IRM space through participation in industry events, conferences, and webinars.
