- Develop and execute the AI product strategy for ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of product managers to deliver high-quality and innovative AI products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and competitive landscape in the AI market.
- Drive product innovation by identifying new opportunities and defining product roadmap.
