  1. Design and develop innovative data solutions using Power BI to support business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data insights.
  3. Create and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards using Power BI.
  4. Perform data analysis and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders based on insights.
  5. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of data analytics and business intelligence.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data visualization and reporting.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  8. Train and mentor junior team members on Power BI development and best practices.
  9. Develop and maintain documentation for data solutions and processes.
  10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and present data insights in a clear and concise manner.
  11. Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of existing data solutions.
  12. Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all data deliverables.
  13. Adhere to data governance policies and procedures.
  14. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data security and compliance.
  15. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve data analytics processes and workflows.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Power Bi: A Senior Power Bi Developer Should Have A Deep Understanding And Hands-On Experience With All Aspects Of Power Bi, Including Data Modeling, Dax, And Report/Dashboard Creation.

  • Strong Background In Data Analysis And Visualization: Servicenow Is Looking For A Senior Power Bi Developer Who Can Not Only Create Visually Appealing And User-Friendly Dashboards, But Also Has A Strong Foundation In Data Analysis And Can Identify Key Insights From Complex Datasets.

  • Proficiency In Sql And Other Data Querying Languages: As A Senior Power Bi Developer, The Ability To Write Complex Sql Queries And Manipulate Data From Multiple Sources Is Crucial For Creating Accurate And Efficient Datasets For Reporting.

  • Experience With Data Warehousing And Etl Processes: Servicenow Is Seeking A Candidate Who Has Experience With Data Warehousing And Etl Processes, As This Role May Involve Building And Maintaining Data Pipelines To Support Reporting Needs.

  • Familiarity With Servicenow Platform: While Not Required, Experience With The Servicenow Platform Is A Plus For A Senior Power Bi Developer At Servicenow. This Knowledge Can Help In Understanding And Integrating Data From Various Servicenow Modules For Reporting Purposes.
