- Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding training programs for clients utilizing the ServiceNow platform.
- Create engaging and informative presentations that effectively communicate complex technical concepts to clients.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform, staying up-to-date on new features and updates.
- Work closely with clients to understand their specific training needs and tailor programs to meet their requirements.
- Mentor and guide clients through the onboarding process, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training materials and delivery methods to enhance the overall onboarding experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for all training needs.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in technical training and incorporate them into our onboarding programs.
- Contribute to the development of training curriculum and materials for new and existing ServiceNow products.
Extensive Training Experience: A Senior Onboarding Delivery Instructor At Servicenow Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Delivering Training Programs, Preferably In A Corporate Setting. This Experience Should Include Designing And Delivering Onboarding Programs For New Hires.
Strong Communication Skills: The Role Requires Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal. The Instructor Should Be Able To Effectively Convey Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner To A Diverse Group Of Learners.
Technical Expertise: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess In-Depth Knowledge Of Servicenow Products And Services, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of The It Industry And Its Best Practices. They Should Also Be Comfortable With Various Software Tools And Have The Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues.
Project Management Skills: As A Senior Onboarding Delivery Instructor, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Onboarding Programs Simultaneously. Therefore, They Should Have Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Plan, Organize, And Execute Training Programs Efficiently.
